Round table: ThinkVibrots
In addition to talks, poster session, etc., there will be a round table entitled ThinkVibrots, where we will discuss the working principles, possible applications and even artistic connotations of the Vibrot: a simple, inexpensive device that converts vibration into rotation. Herds of interacting vibrots constitute, perhaps, a new kind of active matter. A few Cuban undergrad students are expected to present their own views on these matters.
